CodedVideo is operated by an independent developer based in Hong Kong under the CodedVideo brand. Direct privacy requests to support@codedvideo.com; we may verify account ownership before acting.

We process the account email and, when Google sign-in is selected, the Google account identifier, name and profile image supplied through OAuth. We also process the product brief, storyboard versions, approved uploads, generated footage, export metadata, consent records, security events and support messages needed to operate the service. Payment-card details are not collected while payment is disabled.

We use this information to authenticate users, enforce project ownership, save and edit projects, run moderation and generation tasks, render and deliver private exports, send transactional notifications, prevent abuse, restore failed allowances, respond to support requests and maintain security records.

CodedVideo uses Cloudflare Workers for application execution, D1 for authoritative account and project records, private R2 for uploads and generated media, KV for non-authoritative configuration and cache, and Queues for background jobs. OpenRouter and its selected model providers process storyboard-planning text; Replicate may process prompts for optional AI footage; SEEAPI moderates submitted text and generated scene copy; AWS Rekognition receives cleaned image bytes and sampled video frames; AWS Lambda runs controlled Remotion rendering and technical media checks; Resend sends transactional email; and Zoho Mail handles support correspondence at support@codedvideo.com.

These services may process information outside the country in which you live. Processing locations, retention and data-use controls differ by provider, account configuration and endpoint. Our retention of project files in private R2 is separate from a provider's handling of data submitted to its API. We do not represent the entire processing chain as zero-retention and do not claim account-level provider controls that we have not verified. Contact support@codedvideo.com about the processing of your project or a provider-related deletion request.

Unless you request project deletion, successful exports and dependent assets are retained until at least the later of Project Pass expiry plus 7 days and the most recent successful export plus 30 days. Financial and payment records, when payment is enabled, are retained separately for the periods required by applicable law. Deletion follows the project lifecycle and may leave limited security, provider, backup or legally required records for their applicable purpose.

Google sign-in uses Google OAuth and Better Auth for account identity and requests only openid, email and profile information; it does not request access to your Gmail messages. Necessary authentication and security cookies are described in the Cookie Policy. Marketing tracking and session replay are not enabled by default.

Contact support@codedvideo.com to request access, correction or deletion. We do not sell project content or publish it as an example without separate permission. Do not send passwords, access keys, private download URLs or full payment-card numbers by email.
