CodedVideo uses necessary cookies for Better Auth sessions, Google OAuth state and sign-in protection. Secure deployments use secure cookie attributes. Protected staging may also set a Cloudflare Access session cookie. These cookies are needed for the account or protected environment selected by the user.

Google may set cookies on its own sign-in pages when Google sign-in is chosen. Google's own policies govern those pages. CodedVideo requests account identity and profile information, not Gmail message access.

Authentication cookies last for the configured session period or until expiry or sign-out; OAuth state is temporary. Project records and private media are stored on the server rather than inside authentication cookies. Clearing cookies does not delete server-side projects.

Marketing tracking, advertising cookies and session replay are not enabled by default. Payments are currently unavailable, so there is no active payment checkout. We do not use a necessary session cookie as consent for unrelated marketing tracking. Before introducing optional tracking or payment technologies, we will update this policy and address applicable consent requirements.

You can remove cookies or restrict them using your browser settings. Blocking necessary authentication cookies may prevent sign-in or access to protected staging. Contact support@codedvideo.com for project or account deletion questions.
